LGDR Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and scope
Shri Hanuman Tech LLC ("LGDR", "we", "us", or "our") operates the LGDR point-of-sale platform at lgdrpos.com and the LGDR marketing site at getlgdr.com. This Privacy Policy covers the store owners and staff who use LGDR ("you") and visitors to our marketing site. If you are a customer of a store that uses LGDR ("Store Customer") and that store has entered your information into LGDR — for example, as part of a loyalty program or to email you a receipt — LGDR acts as a service provider processing that data on the store's instructions, not as the party who decided to collect it. If you are a Store Customer with a question about your data, contact the store directly; the store, not LGDR, controls that relationship.

3. How we use it
We use the information above to provide and operate LGDR, including syncing data between a store's devices; to send transactional email such as receipts, close-of-register reports, low-stock digests, and billing notices; to provide customer support; to detect and prevent security incidents and fraud; to improve the service using aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify a store or individual; and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. How we share it
We share information with the service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run LGDR, each acting under its own agreement with us:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LGDR, our customers, or others. If LGDR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or its successor.
5. Cookies
LGDR uses session cookies that are required to keep you signed in and, on a shared register, to remember a manager's temporary unlock of a PIN-protected section. Register devices also store a local application cache and a pairing secret on the device itself, used to keep the register working offline. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
We retain account and store data for as long as the account remains open, and for up to 90 days after it closes, except where tax, accounting, or other legal obligations require a longer retention period. Error logs are retained for a limited period for debugging purposes. Backups are retained on a rolling schedule and age out over time.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, row-level tenant isolation in our database so that one store's data is not visible to another, and one-way hashing for staff PINs and device credentials. Access to production systems is limited to what is needed to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You, or the owner of your store's account, can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@lgdrpos.com. Depending on where you live, applicable state privacy laws may give you additional rights; we will honor verifiable requests consistent with those laws. If you are a Store Customer, contact the store directly, since the store controls that data. Owners can manage whether report emails are sent from their store's Settings.
9. Children
LGDR is a business tool for store owners and staff and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International users
LGDR is operated from, and its data is stored in, the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will email account owners about material changes.
